Michael Redmond, founder and CEO of Redmond Companies grew up in the lumber industry hauling lumber since he first learned how to drive a forklift as a kid. At 19 he bought his first truck and started delivering partial loads across Portland Oregon, gradually building a fleet of curtain vans delivering across Oregon and Washington. Eventually this allowed Redmond to lease his first warehouse and establish Redmond Industries in 2018.

A continuous theme that has shaped Redmond is that every opportunity matters, to make the most of what you have in front of you, and the relationships you continue to build are the foundation to a thriving business. 

Our goal has been to put the relationships we have built with our customers and vendors as our highest priority because we are in it for the long haul (no pun intended). We have the infrastructure to facilitate your logistic needs including freight collected from the manufacturer / Port, cargo inventoried, and distribution and delivery to your end customer.
